So i went to rebug toolbox and clicked on create packages folder - nothing happened but the the folder above it the app_ something folder was gone too. So connected my laptop with ps3 (FTP) and realised that folder below hdd_1 folder were gone too.
I have no clue what is happening or how to fix that. Could my stupid idea to change system mode to rebug cause that to happen? Or could it me changing menu debug menu type to DEX?

I'm running rebug REX CEX 4.46.

What do I have to do to get all them folders back?
Do i have to install CFW again ?

i think u accidentally updated your ps3 to OFW
