I believe that PlayStation Network is scheduled for maintenance today. I read it somewhere, so that may be the answer.

yes and plus my other accounts are not able to sign in and i can't play online with any cod game. It says the services are unavaible when on my regular ps3 it works just fine.

I just found a fix. You go onto the account that is infected (the one that says undermaintaince) and you update any game even if that requires deleting the patch. Then it is fixed and you can log in now. I don't know how this works but it does so have fun with the fix.

for some reason that i fully dont understand, i tried to log on with my banned account and it said SCE under main.
but on my unabnned acc it logs in normally but couldnt access acc manag. and ps store
