Well, i'm american but I know... that price is way too low for a Custom Firmware Console. You're going to get laughed at for days. YOu can purchase a Custom Firmware console here on Next Gen Update, as a matter of a fact if people are selling. But be careful who you buy from ( Don't buy from non-elite members either ). Also, make sure you get plenty of proof before your purchase.

eBay is also a nifty thing to check out honestly. They have some pretty decent prices honestly.

He could get a 3.55 OFW for that price. I did.

Nothing missing. It looked brand-new. Hell, it looks better than my OFW console, even after months of playing on it. No dust, leds are perfect.

I've tried fan control homebrew or through PS3ita manager, but don't know setting is best :/ I guess it heats up a lot, but that's usually after modding. I just went for that "Buy it Now" option, because fuck trying to bid for one. xD Now, if it was jailbroken, it'd be more expensive, especially if it was DEX. Model is CECH. :3

Yeah, ebay does not allow you to sell Jailbroken consoles, so the work around would be consoles on 3.55.
Normally, slim go for 250-300 dlrs on ebay
Fatties might be cheaper since they are much older and have issues
