On my ps3's debug settings i was messing a round and it said something like run debugger mode and changes will occur after restart so i restarted ps3 and everytime it comes on it comes on saying debug station and below dual network settings i can press the PS button and it shows to quit game but when i quit game or try to go update i get a blank screen ?

change your audio and video then it change back to what its was the first time

Found this with quick Google search: When the PS3 is in standby (red led), hold down the power button for 5 seconds. This will reset the boot parameters and you will boot back to the XMB. However, the video/audio settings will be reset as well.

open target manager and click reset into system software mode you havent bricked you simply put the ps3 in debug mode You must login or register to view this content.

just hold down the ps3 power button untill it beeps twice.
