xD, You need a E3 Flasher to get on 3.55. After that you just install a CFW of your liking.

You can downgrade with an e3 flasher depending on the model of your ps3.
If you have the right model console, you should just get a downgrading service (costs about $40 but e3 costs $100+).
Check on craigslist if someone does downgrading services in your city, if there's no one go to ebay Smile
