Look it up, it's really easy to follow a video on youtube and follow the instructions. I haven't converted to dex yet so I'm not sure but I'd like to know as well.

1. I'm sure you must downgrade it back to OFW or you can maybe install another CFW over it. I'd do research if i were you.
2. You must use a spoofer to get online on DEX. Look it up, Not all spoofers work on DEX. You must get the correct spoofer for your CFW.
3. You can RTM with possibly any CFW, it doesn't matter if you're on DEX or CEX.
4. There are many tutorials on getting free games, you just have to put the effort into it and look it up.

Also, if you think that installing a DEX custom firmware will make your ps3 DEX then you're wrong. To be honest it looks like you aren't experienced with a jailbroken ps3. I suggest that you stay on CEX for a while so you get use to the basics or you'll end up bricking your ps3 one way or another.

(Simple and easy firmware to rtm)
