Post: DEX Tools Not Attaching [LV2 Cex - Target DEX? Don't Know What Happened]
09-18-2014, 11:13 PM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey NGU.

I have a DEX PS3 on 4.50ita but have been using CEX tools for a while because I can do it wirelessly.
Recently I tried using a DEX BO2 GSC injector but no tool can attach to my game.
I have a Debug EBOOT and I can connect in Target Manager.

I was looking around and saw this:
LV2 Kernel: CEX
Target Type: DEX

I know this isn't right and they are both supposed to be DEX.
Can anybody help me fix this?

If your using rebug toolbox to check your lv2 an target id it'll say that cause its not on a rebug firmware...Secondly if you have your Ethernet cord from your pc to ps3 you need to bridge the connection..it's better if you just plug the Ethernet cord from the ps3 directly to the router an connect...Then double check these in your debug settings

Go to the settings column on the XMB menu and go all the way to the bottom to "Debug Settings" and make sure all the following setting are selected.

Release Check Mode > Development Mode
Boot Mode > System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug > Single Setting
