I have the same problems on bo2 I can find a lot of people in other cod games but not on bo2

What is your nat type?
Make sure to put your ps3 ip as DMZ in your router.

Revolution's Force Host is really strong so if you're using a not so good internet, things will more than likely not go so well for you. Hope that answered your question.
