The spoof wont effect the console's ability to RTM, if the original FW is 4.55 and it is spoofed its still 4.55, you can still RTM on it

No, well, you have to be on 4.60 to play online, you need to be on 4.55 to RTM, you are on 4.55 so you can go ahead and install the PKG to rtm etc and it LOOKS like you are on 4.60 so you can play online, so technically you are on 4.55 but can play online

But when ever i run CAPPI it says my firmware does not suppoort it!?

OK so are you sure you are on a SPOOFED 4.55 console?

You will need to get a 3.55 downgrader PUP, google it
