Why can I only sign in with dex

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have this console Id that I only can sign in when I'm on cex but when I go on dex it says it's banned any help ?

You have to restore your original console id everytime you boot up your ps3. To restore it install ITA Manager v1.51 and go to restore console id eid5 or switch to ITA 4.55 and you only have to restore your console id 1 time so that the console id will automatically set when you boot up your ps3.
