There are a lot of ways to do that i could link you to something but just download multiman iris etc ,put a disc on the ps3 ( any) enter multiman and load the game, its easy then look for some tutorials on youtube im sure that in 2 days you know everything. If you using multiman put the games on the GAMEZ FOLDER

Format the usb or HDD to fat32 then create a Folder with the name GAMEZ, in here drag all your games
