You might have to wait a little bit for a PS3 Flash Tool for 4.65

Use an e3 flasher to flash your ps3 and yes you can flash 4.65 I have done it recently and you can use 4.50 patch tool this works still with all firmwares. that is what I used from 4.65 ofw now on 4.46.1 d-rex rebug.
