Now I actually have to "Sign Up" again, but when I press it, it loads a while and then it says "Server Connection Time Out" I was ban on my original CID so i made sure to rechange it back to the unban one via PSITA Manager. It still give me this error. And it cant be the internet connection because I can browse the Web on my Playstation. PLEASE HELP?

Go into Debug settings and change the np enviroment to np.

That should sort your problem out
