(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay my disc tray is broken and I had a friend put a e3 flasher in that ps3. Is it safe for me to remove the disc tray and put a new one in? Is the e3 connected to it at all?

From what I've seen the flasher is connected to the motherboard so just don't mess with that and you should be fine
