Well your on CEX so you need to install CCAPI 2.50. Download link is at the bottom.

Then once that is installed your all set you can use any RTM tool that supports CCAPI.

Or you can use .sprx plugins for menus but you would need to replace the EBOOT with the one provided with the menu.

There is nothing difficult about it to be honest just make sure to install PSNinja to clear your history. Again link at the bottom.

Depending on what your doing you should take extra steps of security which is also what CCAPI is for. If your Console ID is not banned then when you sign in to the servers of a game spoof the console id to 32 0's.

Don'ts

Do not use homebrew while signed in (massive ban risk)
If you have used homebrew DO NOT sign in until you clear your history.
If your modding new games (GTA, Ghosts, Destiny) prepare for a ban if you do stupid things and don't take precautions.
