The reason being is because, I recently encountered an issue with my PS3 not (basically) reading any Console ID's that I apply to my system. When I do apply a CID it states either "An error has occurred, you have been signed out." or plainly "Your console has been banned or temporarily suspended from the sony blah blah." (don't remember lol).

I have tried multiple methods of applying the Console ID to my system.

1. Console Control 2.5
   
2. CFW Editor
   
3. 
   

And multiple other CCAPI tools and Dex tools.

1. Are you using a public Console ID? Yes
   
2. Have you tried buying one and doing the same? Yes
   
3. How much was the Console ID? $15 Why?
