You will lose everything on your CFW ps3 if data transferring to it. Plus if your CFW is a lower firmware then your OFW, you can't data transfer a higher FW ps3, to a lower FW ps3. If you do, make sure the internet connection is disables on both systems

If the internet connection is disabled I won't lose anything on my cfw ps3? But they are both on 4.65 but my cfw is spoofed on 4.55 rogero
