Use google to find download then put the .pkg file on the root of your USB and install through package manager on xmb menu.

Your installing through package manager then from standard package location?

If you converted from CEX to DEX, you need to install CEX version, load Multiman, exit. Then Multiman will work for your DEX converted System.
