there one year i wanted to spend DEX to CEX , I semi brick my ps3
Since I buy a dongle (E3 CARD READER)
I followed all the tutorial but the dongle does not turn blue
I have half the file and dongle port on the extreme right side but its not working the LED remains red beep 8 times then goes out after 3 min
What to do to repair?
Why not turn the LED blue ?

which dex fw were u on ? u probably need a e3 flasher to fix it !

A dongle? That crap dont do anything xD You'll probably need a E3 Flasher . Try this
