Connect with either CCAPI or TMAPI then go to the tab "Name Editor" then at the bottom you should see a "Checker Box Name" its drop down list simply click one of the options then click "Set Checker Box Name" done.

Many tools have this option in there RTM tool but this is one my favourites.
