But I have always used CCAPI and ProDG Target Manager to connection my tool, always using the CEX option. But I looked how to connect using the DEX option and I found that you have to use TMAPI. But the problem is, I can not find a download link/tutorial ANYWHERE. So can someone please help me use TMAPI to connect an RTM tool.

*I am on Rebug 4.46 D-REX, with a wired connection.

To connect with the option tmapi in tools you must have a debug eboot in for the game, let's say i wanted to mod black ops 2 multiplayer i would need a MP debug eboot for a tool to coonect wth tmapi also be connected with prodg manager.

Did you know Prodg target manager is tmapi? Its not a CEX option.
