It's because Cobra is enabled. Since you can't rtm with TMAPI while Cobra is enabled this CFW is useless IMO because most of the new features are for Cobra. Honestly what is the point of putting Cobra on DEX if you can't TMAPI RTM with it.

yea but most of the new features are in Cobra/Webman and you cant RTM with TMAPI while Cobra is enable so in reality the CFW feels like Rebug 4.46 with a 4.65 spoof.

You can disable Cobra in the new Rebug Toolbox so this update is perfect for you
