That's a console ban. I got one too. You gotta buy a new Console ID and use PS3ita to spoof your CID

Well if hes running on a d-rex aka dex system you have to manually set the CID everytime you want to login to PSN.

its not a CID ban, are you on DEX? ifso you have to set your old/good cid manually, if you have CCAPI installed you can put in a boot CID, ccapi will inject the correct cid on every reboot
