My question is this, I am going to be primarily modding/hacking the call of duty games, and one of the biggest things I want/need to be able to do, is change my in game name. Please correct me if I am wrong, but can this only be done with a DEX setup, or can it be done on CEX as well.

This is a major concern for me, and will play a pivotal role as to whether I set up for CEX or DEX. Thanks in advance

If u r mainly into modding cod titles my suggestion is without a doubt go for dex
