Ok so it all started earlier tonight, I turned on my ps3 running 4.46 rex debug, i ran psninja to clear wipe history then signed in to see if I was banned after playing modded non host zombies on bo1. Wasnt banned so I signed out n was going to check a few of my debug options so this required me to disable the 4.65 spoof from brewology. After i selected to reboot full it rebooted my system but displayed no picture. From here I turned ps3 off then held power button twice to reset display settings, still nothing so I turned off then held power button till it turned off, then turned on n still no display. I took cord out n plugged into other ps3 n it showed display. So i go into safe mode from there n select recover file system, then after it prepared the screen just went black. After 30 mins i power off from back as it wouldnt let me turn off manually in front. Now after trying the first few steps to get a display i go back to safe mode then select rebuild data base n the same thing for file recovery, get black screen, I kno this process takes longer so I wait a hr n 1/2 to turn it off. I go back to safe mode again after still no display, then try to just reinstall the 4.46 rex cfw then it freezes. I looked around found nothing so I asked the chat room here n was told to swap hard drives from working ps3 then go to safe mode then select update firmware, then some one told me that I shouldnt do that cause that will make my cfw go to ofw, n possibly mess up my working hdd. So I put cfw hdd back into the non working ps3 n i get the display screen of some firmware can not b run properly. press start a select at the same time to update firmware of 4.46 or higher through media device, or press the ps button to restart. I press the ps button to restart n it came back up so I pressed start n select to reinstalling the rex 4.46, after it was finished preparing to install the screen went black again. I waited 45 mins n tried turning it off but it was non respomsive, so I looked around some more to find fixes n saw a bunch of things that I already went through etc, so after about another 45 mins I opt to power off from the back. waited about 30 sec n turned it back on. Still no display n now wont even display safe mode. Am I bricked? the power light stays green like it normally does so unsure. If not bricked how can I fix this? sry for long entry just wanted to walk you through what I did n how it started to spiral downwards
