Format your hdd via pc/laptop.

Formatting the HDD will only delete all of your games, save data, movies, pictures, songs, etc. but your jailbreak custom firmware (cfw) will still be on there. In order to get rid of everything, you will need to format and install the original firmware (ofw) for the cfw version you are using. Example: 3.55 cfw -> 3.55 ofw
