Update to rebug 446 or whatever d-rex, then use their toolbox to make a flash dump, then get eid rootkey, and use cex2dex and change your target_id to whatever it originally was, then just use rebug toolbox to switch to cex using that dump

What is the original target_id? my region is usa.
