All depends on which firmware you plan on running your playstation on DEX (tmapi) or CEX (ccapi), I recommend DEX but for first time user's CEX is good to start off with you can still RTM and do plenty of other things but for a much more smoother experience id go with DEX. Rebug firmware is good for both CEX&EX firmware's but in my opinion many people prefer DEX 4.50/55 ITA if you was to go with DEX.
