If I were you I would convert to DEX then update to 4.50 ITA DEX and put on a spoofer to get online.

DEX is awesome, but if you're just starting out, I'd try running CEX for a while, at least to begin with.
You can RTM on CEX now with CCAPI. Granted, it's slow & not as good, but it's a lot simpler & for a beginner (no disrespect xD) you'll find it a lot easier.
On top of that, for someone just starting out, converting to CEX to DEX could be a little tricky. Though, DEREKTROTTER has probably got the best tutorial for it, if you'd still like to convert.

If you're gonna go with CEX, I'd use either Habib 4.65, or any Rogero CEX & use a spoofer. (not sure if he has a 4.65 cfw yet?)
