(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I've recently just got back into all of this, I ust to have a 3.55 cfw PS3 a year and half ago and ust to data transfer and use awesome file manger but now when I look at modders your all doing it on the latest software and stuff😂 so I'm wanting to mod all the call of duty and stuff so is there anyone who can help mod my playstation 3? it's on the latest update and I'm willing to pay someone if you help me learn how to start modding again because Ive began to get bored from playing legit for abit,

You must login or register to view this content. The only reason it says 4.55 and not 4.60/4.65 is because he hasn't updated the thread since February. You'd need to by e3 flasher or pay someone to downgrade for you. It will mean taking your PS3 apart, but you decide if it's worth it.

its not as easy to downgrade as many people think it is. But once you have downgraded with success, then your free to install a cfw of your choice. :P

things just seem so different to how i used to do it, i don't see anyone using awesome file manager anymore? whats CEX & DEX, ill just buy a 3.55 one at the weekend xD

People use multiman. CEX is the normal cfw you're used to, like with geohot and kmeaw. limited options, etc. DEX is comparitive to a developer ps3 console, has a higher detection rate (supposedly), more options, more mods, and uses Sony's code (TMAPI) instead of Enstone's (CCAPI)
