I'm pretty sure if you have a CFW installed on your PS3 sony won't service your system.

is there a way to take everything out of the harddrive?? i just want the accounts that on there im going to buy a new ps3 in that case and jailbreak that one

there is no way to do anything if you can't see what you're doing. There's no other option cause firmware is saved onto flash not hdd, So restoring or formatting will not do anything.

They'll just keep your PS3 or resend it back without refund. Suggest looking elsewhere for a fix

I Guess but it'd depend on what was on your PS3 I think, For example just jailbroken with nothing on it, they would probably send you a OFW back but Jailbroken with many games backed up or torrented is illegal and Idk if they would either keep it or send it back.
