As the user above said, Control Console API allows you to change your Console ID via the program as well as manage your console with a lot more features. Just follow this thread.

thank you, does it stick? or do i have to enter it every time i boot up? lol

You need to enter it every time you rebot.

I read a few tutorials that set it permanently? but i need to go on rogero 4.50 instead of 4.55? and get the dump and then edit the dump of my cid key and replace it with a new one i get and save?

You can make it stick using the 2.60 Version of CCAPI. Press set boot idps using the updated manager.

I haven't seen that tutorial I might have to look into it, but I guess the only down side of that is if you get CID banned again you will have to do it all over again :(
