(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So basically I'm wanting to know if 4.66 can be downgraded using the e3 flasher and the 4.55 flashing files ?

Or you can just do it the (old) original way with a e3 card reader.

Can I use the 4.55 flash tool like I could with 4.65 firmware. As I used to do it this way with my e3 flasher.

I'm not sure i haven't tested it and don't plan i'd wait to see what happens later on in a few days.
