Cannot attach to any tools on dex or cex

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello so i bought a new ps3 and it was on cex so i tried rtm and i could connect but not attach so i switched to dex and looked up a few tutorials and i could connect but i cannot attach at all 😔
Anyone that can tell me what to do?

On DEX u need a Ethernet cable plugged to your PS3 and pc
