I have Rebug Cobra 4.65 cex spoofed to 4.66
I was trying to fix somethings on rebug toolbox then when I changed the XMB Oparation Mode from Debug Mode to Retail my ps3 wouldnt open rebug toolbox again or any homebrews, please tell me if you know what I can do

Have you tried re-installing the CFW? You wont lose any thing as such and it will work again afterwards just a thought.
