You have these 3 options, all of them works:
1. Make it to iso and run from Irisman or Multiman (Only for cobra users/cfw)
2. Run it from Irismanager, and have these options ticked: Games disc: yes + BD mirror
3. Rename the AIOMOD.bin to anything you in sys folder on multiman.
Then run the game from external hdd with bd mirror.

Or you can install gamesonic manager that is similar to multiman.
Highlight internal and bd mirror like you would with multiman and away you go.....

Multiman works on external if you rename the file as mentioned above.. Tested it but wouldnt recommend, terrible load times as it is.

The game runs best if you convert to ISO. The PSN version runs far better from rumours, less bugs.
