I was wondering how do you randomize your console ID (CID)?

Do I need to randomize my CID if I only MOD and use MOD Menus or do I need a random CID if I also download DLC torrents and games?

Do I need to randomize my console ID if I use PKGs like:
PSN Patch,
PS Ninja,
Spoofer 4.65.

You don't need to do that unless you are modding a game that collects your cID, most do not. Activision and Rockstar are the only companies doing so as far as I know.
