4.66 is the latest OFW why do you need to resign if you are running a 4.66 CFW? Eboots for older firmwares will load on newer firmwares.

did you ever find one, ? i need one so i can resign this debug eboot for GTA V 1.20 with a mod menu so i can put it on my OFW and it be able to run it
