To fix ALL 80010009 errors on Rebug 4.46 you have a few choices. I'll tell the two easiest.

For games mounted with a backup manager: Remount the game in multiMan and allow it to fix the error.

For all others: Use PSN Patch and press L2, then on the D-Pad press left then down. Press start, PS3 will reboot. Fixed.

When using PSN Patch you can skip the D-Pad presses if you want it to scan for all 80010009 error causing games/apps. I do them to select only installed things as it takes much less time.

Now you know how to fix 80010009 errors every time regardless what is causing them.

Let the PS Store update then run PSN Patch again. It will patch the latest version of the store.(it has worked for for a long time now)
