Its most likely your console id is banned aswell try and sign into another account if the same error occurs then your conosle id has been banned if you need help with one hit me up on skype newyorkk254

if you wanna never be cid banned best thing to do is use psnpatch, stealth homebrew, latest spoofer, stay off new cods/games, and i can guarantee you'll never be banned. :p
