Its only with the tools from bo2 and mw3

Most likely means PS3TMAPI.dll is not in the folder the tool is located in. Even if you're only using CCAPI, it can pop up that error. The easy way to fix is to just download another tool, and copy the PS3TMAPI.dlll from that folder to your previous folder. The tool should now work.
