Please help.

It is possible without e3 flasher, but its risky if your new and don't know much I advise you stay on cex.

If you have your CEX and DEX dumps, then you can switch it from CEX to DEX inside the toolbox.

Use this tutorial but make sure you do step by step one wrong thing and you can brick your ps3.
