(1)Plug in a USB device into PC, format the USB to fat32.

(2)You must login or register to view this content. and extract all in root of your USB.

(3)You should now have a folder named PS3 inside of it you have another folder named UPDATE and inside of UPDATE folder you have a file named PS3UPDAT.PUP.

(4)Plug in the USB into PS3. Turn it on if its not on. Go to Setting, System Update(1st one), Choose the 2nd one(I dont know the name, sorry). Something will pop just hit ok. then you will receive an error saying this system can be downgraded to X.XX if its says 3.55 and under then yes you can downgrade/jailbreak it if its over then sorry, but your console cant be jailbroken...

There is 4 models of CECH250B that came out in different years 2 models can be jb and 2 models cant hope you have one that can. so you would have to do what "i " said ^
