CCAPI 2.5 i freeze just teleporting to people and fixing my car but once i go to 2.6 i am not freezing at all really and sometimes not at all?

it's not the tool that i'm using because it's sometimes when i different tools it still does it?

i want to use 2.5 because of my tool that i like to use is only 2.5 so can someone please help me?
