I wasn't even modding it, I clicked play online and 2 minuets later it was banned. I didn't even get to play a game.

Were you using a modified eboot? If you didn't do anything to the game, then I seriously doubt it was AW that got you banned. I've been playing that game since Halloween legit, and not one ban. Have you been signing in without using psnpatch?

to unban the console you need a CID, which you can't find on this site.
