If your console ID is banned off PSN there is no way to unban it you would have to set a new unbanned console ID.

If your accounts banned your fuqed, if your console was banned then you could change the cid to another working one but that's just for consoles not psn account. Are you sure it's from adding trophies not playing modded advanced warfare or or running various homebrews while signed in?
