btw u need a jailbroken to do this ps3 use irisman or multiman go to hdd0 (game) your yugioh game id ex mine is NPEB02010 then delete all the limit files which is these NPEB02010/usdir/media/bin

no it removes them from the banned card list just go to your trunk n they should be able to transfer to ur deck
