But just realized I can't data transfer my dex to cex. So I was gonna transfer back to cex using the rebug toolbox then I noticed I needed a cex flash. I do not have a cex flash because I just had my PC restored. Is there any way I can obtain my cex flash while on dex. I would really like the help before I go around and brick my console.

There are various tutorials available for this, I've never done it myself but from what I understand, its not overly simple.

Just Google up a tutorial and see what you find. I think there may be a tutorial on this site somewhere in the PS3 section, if you can find that, use it, it'll be the best one

Yes this is possible. All you have to do is take the DEX dump and run it through c2d with the ORIGINAL. So if you live in the US you run it through with 84(i think that's US) where the DEX should be 82

You must login or register to view this content. Alright so my ps3 WAS 84 and to be in DEX it's now in 82. To get from dex2cex I have to go FROM 82 to 84. SO you just do the normal command ( c2d.exe infile outfile regioncode |example| c2d.exe flashDEX.bin flashCEX.bin 84 ) would be mine.
