Have you installed then opened ControlConsole manager on your PC & added your PS3 to that?

because the tools u use are on ccapi 2.50 try to find tools that are on 2.60

If that's the case, then you need only to replace the 2.50 PS3LIB.dll in the tool's folder with the latest 2.60 version.
