Swapping hard drives from a jail broken ps3 to an ofw doesn't work. When putting the hard drive in the other ps3 you'll need to reformat disk and install ofw via USB, this will delet everything from the hdd and install ofw, overwriting the CFW.

What he said ^. You can't just JB a hdd0. The console is JB not the hdd0. That's just to keep everything stored.
